How can I book a shoot or wedding with Gitta Photography?

You will receive a follow up phone call to discuss the finer details and to confirm the date of your shoot. A meeting may be arranged before the shoot date to fully explore the desired results.
How much time will the photographer spend at my wedding?
There are four packages available: Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze. Dependant on which package you choose, we could spend anywhere from 2 hours to a full day at your wedding. See below for details on the Wedding Packages.
How long will the portrait photo shoot go for?
For average families (2 parents, 2-3 children), at least one hour should be put aside for the shoot. Larger families, or multiple families may require more time (at an additional charge).
Solo artists and bands will require at least one hour per location.
If I'm a solo artist or in a band, can I/we choose more than one location?
Sure, you may want to have a few different looks for different promotional purposes.
Each location after the 1st will incur an additional fee.
What are my choices for locations?
For solo artists and bands, you may want to choose a location which reflects your style of music and your personality.
For families, we prefer to shoot in a location that is comfortable for the family. (i.e. A familiar park, or the family home, etc.) The choice of location is entirely up to you. However, if you're stuck for ideas and want somewhere different, we can source a location close to your home.
For families and group photos, single colour themes work well, for example, white, blue, black, denim. Too many colours and patterns may detract from your beautiful faces!
For bands, try to think out a theme or "feel" you want for your images. If you're stuck for ideas, we can discuss options and ideas with you.
Do you use film or digital capture?
We use digital. This allows for many more wonderful photos to be taken. It also allows us to provide you with black & white or sepia photo options.
If the occasion calls for it, we will use film. We use medium format cameras which allow for great detail and much creativity.

Early mornings and late afternoons, when the sun is lower in the sky, make for more attractive outdoor lighting. If your chosen location is indoors, the time of day is a little more flexible.
A consultation will be arranged to view your photos and to select print options. Alternatively, proof sheets can be posted to you with an order form attached.
Ordered prints and/or CDs will be sent to you via post.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Post-production time is generally 2-4 weeks.

Do you have any payment Terms and Conditions?
Portraits:
A deposit of 50% of the sitting fee is required to secure your shoot day appointment. Balance is due 1 week prior to the shoot day.
Weddings & Bar/Bat Mitzvahs:
A deposit of 50% of the package fee is required to secure your wedding day appointment. Balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding day.
No prints or CDs will be given until balance has been paid.
Additional prints and CDs are available for purchase at any time.
How much will it cost?
All sitting charges include a post-production fee.
Under certain circumstances, an additional post-production fee may apply.
